Here is a list of apps I have on my phone that I like to use to tone. They make getting in exercise easy as you can set your time limits for your workouts. That way there is no excuse to workout because who doesn't have 5-10 minutes to focus on toning.

Which are developed by Daily Workout Apps, LLC and you can download them via the Google Play Store for free or upgrade to pro which is $1.10 each which gives you more options and ad free. You can get the apps separately or get them all in one which is called "Daily Workouts".
These apps are great because you have the option to set your workout lengths as 5 minutes, 8 minutes, or 10 minutes. I always do the 5 minute workouts and it doesn't seem like much, but trust me, I feel the burn when the 5 minutes are up. You can also set up custom workouts to do exercises you prefer or do the workouts they have put together.
